Hello, I was wondering if anyone here could me with this

I purchased the RZ DVD Creator last night on the basis that it looks to be the most popular and reputable online. It looks good, seems easy to use, that is except for the chapter page formation, all online instruction manuals paint a very easy guide to arranging the chapters for each of your titles...but for me, it just wont work, when I click on it, I get some sort of warning, but its in Japanese so I don't understand it, the language is set to English so I dont why any Japanese is appearing, but its obviously negative as there is a huge red X next to it, whatever it says is prohibiting me from organising the files into chapters. Also the icons, which are supposed to read 'enter' 'cancel' and 'remove' say nothing at all.

I have downloaded a professional version, and paid for it, its all legal, im not using a corrupted version.

Has anyone else has this issue or can help me in any way. I'd hate to have paid for this and not use it to its fullest
