    Question OC clitches and failures

    Hey everyone.

    I've gotten my first heavily OC'd box up and running. It's more than stable when on Windows running anything (mp3's, video, benchmarks etc.) but when I head for games I usually end up in a crash after a while.

    Now I know its not the gear. I've got AMD XP-M 2400+ with AquaComputer watercooling. I get to 40 centigrades when running the cpu on 12,5*200. RAM is 3200, no OC on it to prevent someweird stuff from happening. BUT benchmark runs fine. PiFast (with 500M decimals, as a stress test) runs OK, but try a game and I usually end up with IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. What is this? AGP/PCI giving me a hard time, I dont even have anything else in the box except my Ti-4600 graphics card, not OC'd at the moment BTW.

    Give the RAM / CPU some more volts.

    What mobo you on? Are the PCI/AGP buses locked? I'm presuming it's NForce 2 and will be, as VIA chipsets (as I know too well) aren't good overclockers (well mine isn't.)
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();
