    Help please

The build I am doing for a friend is going slowly for 2 reasons.

    1) The case instructions give absolutely no clues on the where the case wires go. The motherboard manual is more helpful (even if the connection description on the board itself is so small I need contact microscopes to read it ). Can anyone tell me if the little triangle on the connector is the + or negative socket or is it white lead negative, coloured lead +?

    2) I can't decide if I've identified the correct lead from the PSU to plug into the ATX 4-pin power connector.
The psu is an XFX 450w Core Edition. I'm happy with the unit but the instructions are obviously for more experienced builders because the diagrams for the power connectors are schematic rather than pictures.

Essentially, there is a lead with two 4 pin connectors coming out of the mesh sleeve that I think are the ones I need but I'm reluctant to plug one in and fire it up without confirmation.

If this is the one does it matter which one I use?

    Cheers
Of course I'm perfect you just need to lower your expectations.

    Re: Help please

I have the same PSU the 4 pin + 4pin should be the CPU 12V. The graphics card 8 pin is 6 pin + 2pin.
