    Post calculation

Hi, how do they count the number of posts on Hexus forums as I think I have had more than my current total of 5 including this one going up.

    Does it change at all?

    Re: Post calculation

Well according to this page, you have 7 posts.

Posts in the Welcome forum are not counted, but they do appear in that listing.

    Re: Post calculation

Some forums don't increment post count.

Posting pointless comments like 'sounds awesome' or other one or two word posts simply to increment post counts will result in the posts being deleted, or the post count reset to zero or your exclusion from the HeXus forums.

To be to the point it seems very likely you are pimping for free carriage. This includes resurrecting old threads, therefore some of your posts have been removed.

Please be more constructive in future.

    Re: Post calculation

Yeah but this isn't this first time, I thought that I made many more post a few years back but the post count it low now. I don't understand why it's so low in the first place, perhaps I'm wrong and I am thinking of another forum.

In general the only people worrying about post count are those who are trying to abuse the perks of being a Hexus forum member. Forget about post counts and just partake in the forums for their own sake - I presume you took a break for whatever reason from when you initially registered to posting now, but just get stuck in and take your time in giving us your wisdom, questions, humour or otherwise!
