Exclamation This ones starting to give me a headache now!!

So, decided id re-format my computer yesterday.. Everything went well until the Windows 7 install got to 95% and decided to tell me that some files were missing from the disk... Restart my computer and im met with an error screen :

the boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible

So I then try to boot about 7 different OS, Win XP on a USB stick, 2 different ISOs of win 7 on about 6 different disks and XP on a CD... Needless to say it just would not boot.. The only thing that would boot is the original Windows 7 DVD that has files missing...

So I then proceed to format the whole drive in the windows recovery command prompt and now im looking at:

    BootMGR is missing
Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart

    Any suggestions?

Check the boot order of the disks in BIOS
