How to uninstall a program that is not on the list?

Hi, any help will be much appreciated right now. I wish to uninstall photoshop from my one ssd and reinstall it on the other however, It is not on the list in unistall a program or iobit's uninstaller and no uninstaller on the disc. Adobe site just says uninstall from the windows uninstall program. Any idea's?

Run the install file again, it should offer to repair or uninstall.

Otherwise get the free trial of revo uninstaller. Very useful for situations like this.

Running the disc and clicking install, which as you said only then gave me the option to uninstall.
