MSI K8T Mainboard problems

Yesterday build my PC.
Tried to install it.
No luck what so ever.

When I start this is what I do:
Windows XP cdrom in de drive
Press F8
Press F6
Press S to install additionals
Put in the Floppy of MSI mainboard
Press enter

and then it does nothing

Who ow who can point me in the right direction?

Is there any floppy disk activity after putting in it in the drive? It should read the drive and come up with a list of drivers found on disk (assuming you actually have plugged in a SATA drive since floppy drivers are usually for SATA/RAID controllers).
