    Strange laptop keyboard behaviour...

Hey folks, a friend of mine has a Packard Bell Easynote TM and the keyboard / numberpad's doing all kinds of weird and wonderful things:

'0' full screens the browser (Firefox)
'2' acts as the enter key
    '4' refreshes the page
'7' brings up the Caret Browsing window
'o' (letter) brings up some Packard Bell social media toolbar
    'NumLk' types out an '='

Unfortunately it's web / phone only support as the laptop's a few hundred miles away but I've got them to try every Fn combination I can think of, the keyboard language / region is set correctly and sticky keys are definitely turned off. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks as always!

Googling around, looks like there are two possibilities, hold Fn key and press Num-lock, or there is a BIOS option to disable this on some apparently.
