Sorry - OcUK p+p RMA refund?

Sorry for posting this on here but need to know asap, no one answering email or phone for a couple of hours, and well I dont have a forum account.

I bought a case from them, yadda yadda and needs be RMA'd. It will cost me £11.00 send back due to size and weight.

Whats the deal with trying and getting this money back as it no small amount for a £50 case?

Also Im more than entitled to a refund aren't I seeing as the product was faulty instead of a exchange? Seeing as the item is clearly fault and they have no comebacks, now I have a SFF a case is not needed!

Yes you are entitled to a refund, including your P&P cost.

My personal opinion: No you have no chance of getting the P&P back, and you'll have a job getting anything.

Whatever the result, good or bad, make sure you add comments to users.hexus.net.

OCUK... *shudder* I wish a few watchdog companies od PC Mags would pose as customers who want refunds/returns etc and see what the standarsd of service is really like.

You will never get a refund postage from OcUK. In fact most companies wont refund postage either - but least some companies accept parcel service/recorded rather than just RMSD depending on the weight/value.

I wouldnt cross your fingers.
