    Angry Windows movie maker,import problems

Im hoping someone can help me....all of a suddenwhen I plug in my camcorder to laptop and in windows movie maker...I click",import from digital video camera" Im getting a message that reads....
Import video is already started and running on this computer. You cannot start anot, wait her instance of video until the first instance has stopped. To fix this issue, wait for the video to be imported, close import video, wait a few seconds, and then start import video again.

......................The problem is Ive done all that several times even shut my whole system down ,ran a virus scan and defragged...then tried again to the same result,,I need to get to this content loaded and edited.....Someone PLEASE help......!!!!!!!

Can you access the camcorder like a drive from My Computer? You may be able to move the file across, then open it from file.

Do you have any other third party video/utilities program running in the background? Open task manager to have a look under "Processes" and end them programs if any.

Also you can try, with MM open, Task Manager, Processes Tab, selected "CatureWizard.exe" and clicked "End Task" then close MM and open it again.
