Webcam and MSN

Just recived a Trust SpaceC@m 380 USB 2.0 to be able to chat with a mate thats out in Oz tonight and the blasted thing wont work with MSN.

It works ok with other web cam sites but upon trying to use it in MSN camera settings I get the message:

You cannot change your camera settings becasue either your camera is not plugged in to your computer or you are using it in a video converstaion or with another program.



Any ideas how I can get this to work?

make sure any software that comes with it is not running - it may be keeping a lock on the device that MSN doesnt like.

Fresh after reboot and still wont.
Audio and wizard tuning can see the cam but then wont let me use it as its either a hardware problem or it being used.

probably a stupid Q, but have you installed it with drivers that either came with it or from
trust's website?

start a video conference instead of just clicking on the webcam button

right click on a contact and choose "Start a video conference"
