    Nvidia 7050/630a windows audio issue

Up to my ears at the moment so throwing this weird one out in the open.
running a media center based on asrock board with above chipset and quite often the sound disappears after shutdown or reboot. audio is piped down hdmi to tv
going into windows volume controller the master volume and wave are both down at minimum no matter what the last volume setting was at shutdown.
Manually set to say half way and reboot usually fixes but as system doesn't normally have keyboard attached
its a pain. have tried last drivers from asrock and whql ones off nvidia site but no difference.
    Anyone come across this?

If you would happen to try SlimDrivers, see if you would be presented with a different version that you have. Also HDMI would suggest new VGA/GPU drivers as well.

Try the program out,see what you have.

Trust me,once you manage the install part (and avoid to install the bloatware PCbackUP) it is quite useful. Once you installed the drivers, you can uninstall the program without any issues. Finds all but the most exotic drivers.
