sdmcp.exe - What is this?

I have noticed this running in my list of processes and have no idea what it is. It didn't used to be there and I can't think of anything I have downloaded lately. Ad-aware, spybot and spyware doctor don't pick it up but not sure if it some form of spyware or not. any ideas?
