    add a boot password in your bios and leave it on the password screen for 10 minutes before booting into windows after your PC has been powered off for a few hours

    your CPU is probably too cold and intel has added AMD`s cold boot problem AMD fixed with the FX, AMD CPU`s never used to boot if the ambient temperature was below 1c
