Not getting password reset email, or replies from emailing hexus

Hi, please note that I made this second account to try and resolve this issue, and also because I needed to use the Scan support section.

I'm not receiving password reset emails or replies from forums@hexus(dot)net on my main accounts email address, and I've tried every thinkable variation on my password that I have ever thought of using and none of them would work.

Yet I continue to receive hexus newsletters, but nothing for forum support.

If I can regain access to my main account - Bhavv, then I can close this account after.

Yea I'm still not receiving password reminder emails to my hotmail address.

Odd - emails are going from the forum server so must be some spam filter somewhere.

If you want to email me what you'd like the password set to from your hotmail account, I can get this done for you
