At and Quotation keys reversed... but not using US English

Been using Windows 10 since it was released last June, rarely had any issues, at least ones I weren't able to figure out. But yesterday, the at (@) and quotation (") keys on my keyboard have become reversed. I have checked every single language, keyboard and regional setting in the old and new CP/Settings options... every single one is UK British! In fact, US English isn't even installed as a language!!

Recently I have installed a Java update and VMware vSphere Client v6, done no Windows Updates apart from Defender definitions.

I'm not sure if it still affects windows 10 but windows used to have a bug where hitting the keyboard layout switch key mucked stuff up even when you had one layout installed. IIRC it was shift + space.

WHAT A DIAMOND GEEZER!!!! That was it! Wrong keyboard short cut, but close enough! After a quick Google, it appears Alt-Shift switches between UK and US English. US English isn't even installed though?!?!

Well, you learn something new every day... I thought I knew all of the Windows keyboard shortcuts too!

I'm surprised they haven't fixed it yet, it goes back at least as far as Vista.
