6600GT Issue?

Hi Guys,

Have very recently built this new PC:

3500+ Winny
AN8-SLI Deluxe
1024 Cosair Twinx
Antec 480 Truepower
2 x 120 Sata
1 x PEG Leadtek 6600 GT

Everything worked perfectly until tried any 3d games, Doom 3, Halo etc. Basically Graphical corruption during games..Halo, from start of getting out of cryo tube, usually starts then, or if you then press esc and wait a few moments whole screen starts to break down into large white polygons, resets when quit to desktop, Doom 3, ran time demo once and was ok at about 50 odd fps, then ran second time for bench and slowed right down and gradually screen broke up until unrecognisable. Have tried all current NVIDIA drivers up to 6722 and all same, temps on card are at 43 C and CPU never rose above 42 C (118CFM fan on SLK 948U at about 30% ) flashed up to most recent board bios beta but no change, odd thing is C&C Generals ZH works ok apart from crashing when it gets really busy..Have RMA'd the 6600 back to overclock for testing. Has anyone had anything similar?

Card was tested by Overclock and was faulty, lucky else would have meant ripping the whole damn thing apart
