hi guys recently built a little comp

pcchips m848alu board
512 ram
40gb seagate hd
geforce mx4000
sempron2300+
dvd rom

had it working perfect, then upon boot next day it kept crashing where it was recognising the hardware

so i re-installed windows after finally getting into bios.
was working perfect again.

after a cuple of days turned it on again and it keeps crashing again! it stops randomly where its recognising the hardware, can hardly do anything as i cant even reach bios without it crashing.
i know all the hardware works as it was running fine

cuple of times if it doesnt crash straght away it will say hdd error press f1 to resume? but i have loaded windows on hd no probs first time,

reset cmos once already cant figure the rest out

havnt used semprons before,

motherboard or hard drive i think it is psu is definetly ok i tried a cuple and its done same. ideas guys im stuck and running out of time

yep i have used this board few times before and had no problems with it
