    A8N-SLI Deluxe Beeping at me!

    Alrite, I really need some help!

    My A8N-SLI Deluxe keeps doing one long beep, then repeating it??

    Any ideas what this means???

    On my motherboard (Abit NF7-S), this means a memory error. Assuming it is a memory error, try reseating the RAM, or try one stick at a time if you have more than one stick.

    Yep i've had a quick look and for award bios 1 beep is memory related, take 1 stick at a time out and see if it posts

    Plug some speakers into the onboard sound and it will tell you whats wrong.

    Lol..Forgot it's got an on-board voice to tell you the fault..

    It needs it's CMOS reset, find the jumper (use the manual) or remove the battery for a few mins.
