urgent cannot see my program files plz HELP!!!

hi every one for some reason i can not see my program files when i click on my C drive it says windows and document and setting but no program files does any one know why
any info will help cheers dudes

Make sure they aren;t hidden, right click on start and click explore > Tools > Folder Options > View > Make sure show hidden files and folders is selected and also select show protected operating system files is selected > Appy and see if they have appeared

mine are not in documents and settings the are C:/program files u looked there?

Run up a DOS prompt and type:

C:\> dir \

Then check to see if the Program Files directory is listed. If it doesn't then type:

C:\> dir \ /AH

This will show up hidden files and directories. If it still doesn't show up then something strange has happened!

I thought he meant he could see the docs and sets folders + windows on the root of C: but no Prggy files
