Help finding negative scanner CCD's?

I was asked to look at a friends negative scanner that is part of a rather large developing unit, he has been quoted what is best describe as a ludicrous amount of money to replace the CCD module when all that is needed is new CCD's
Said company consists of your usual unskilled techs that can't even managed to clean the unit properly when the guy was fleeced of £500 for the privilege of them leaving dust on chips and blu tack in the screws as they don't even seem to have screw holders!
The main issue is the age of the scanner, circa year 2000.

I would be grateful but not nearly as grateful as Mick will be if I can source these and get my mate back to automated scanning rather than one by one

Thanks m8, interesting that they do 2 others that may fit, such an old CCD though
