DVD-R sharing

I have a laptop and desktop networked together over the wireless router. Both computers are running XP Pro SP2. I'd like share the DVD-R drive in my desktop with my laptop, so that i can burn dvd's from the laptop

Don't think you can share drives to burn to as it is seen as a mapped network drive not a burner on the network.

If I remember correctly Nero do a network version of their Nero software -> http://www.nero.com/eng/NeroNET.html
