Windows 2000 pro Help!!

ive got a fujitsu siemons laptop and i need to try and get into it as my son lost all the passswords and its got all his course on it he does not no any passwords even the admin password has been lost is there some way to get in to it ive tried booting up in safe mode and it still dont work if there is any way plz help cheers m8s
