    HELP(windows related)

    hi, sorry about the title but i'm not sure what i'm asking about.

    right here it goes, i'm running XP but every so ofer(30 secs upwards) when i have awindow open or i'm playing a game, it will go asif i've click off the open window or if i'm playing a game it will go back to windows. now i've never had this before so i'm wondering what the heck it is(spybot doesn't find anything)

    and thats why that came out all messed up, it's only for a split second but it's doing my head in

    spybot was great in 2002-2003

    it hasn't improved since then, whilst the spyware has gotten MUCH more devious

    if you really want to run windows, pay for a decent antispyware app

    very worth it, i use to smash it on the porn and my computer would get full up with spyware, it would even get rid of all the stuff that gets installed onto ur hardrive that wasnt possible removing from the control panel.
