Help me chose a USB Sound "Card"

Can anyone recommend a USB Sound card that I can use for digital pass-through to connect by s/pdif or toslink to my Home Cinema Receiver?

I have no requirement to connect to speakers but it would be good if it would provide headphone output at the same time as the Dolby Digital.

Seriously though folks, I'm aware that most of these things have digital outputs of one sort or another. What I want is one that does digital passthrough. If you are telling me they all do then that's fair enough but I've had a devil of a job with some PCI cards getting them to do nothing at all with the digital stream and just present it at the s/pdif or toslink output!
