    BSOD on a fresh system.

My dad has just finished buliding his pc and loading all the drivers etc.

However, everytime he reboots he gets the blue screen of death just before it loads windows.

Curiously when it gets to the 'your pc was not shut down currectly would you like to boot to safe mode etc' screen; if he selects normal it bsods but if he leaves the countdown to get to zero it boots up fine.

Anyone know why its doing this?

Theres no time to see it. A reinstall seems to have fixed it so not to worry.
