Quicktime install Failure-Deploy MSI needed pls!!

just downloaded quicktime v. 7.0.3.0 from apple site-but will not install
Im logged onto the network as administrator and when i try to install i get an error message
"1608 - unable to create installDriver return code - 2147221164"
Also when im logged on locally as administartor i get another error message
"1607 - unable to install installsheild scripting runtimne."

All i want to do is install AND Deploy quicktime!!!!!

when the setup exe launches it says extracting quicktime .MSI and extracting install sheild.msi

Has any one got the MSI file???
As i really need it !!! -
Tried another pc-this gives the same message
Tried checking for windows updates but no joy and also dowloading it again however No Joy

Any other ideas??

Only any good if you dont run itunes....
