My system's spiked as high as.... 56C according to MBM... Under load. I really have to fix that case's airflow problem... Asus A7N8X-E, AMD Sempron 2400+, Coolermaster PIPE101 with a SilentCat90 on it. But she's been as low as 42C under load in the winter (and downstairs where ambient temps are between 8C and 12C cooler). She's probably a little cooler now that I dropped that OCZ Modstream in 'er though...

My Intel Pentium IV Prescott 3.20 Runs about 27-30c at idle and with the cooler fan about 45% - when the system is loaded runs about 40-45c then the fan is ramped up to about 95%.

I control the fan with SpeedFan which seems to run very well on my MSI Board.

I have a Zalman CNPS7000B-Cu CPU Cooler which is very quiet and highly efficent at its job. With the stock Intel fan I would be around 40c at idle and 65c when loaded.

Athlon 3200+ (the 32 bit version) 42-43 underload, about 40 otherwise. Thats due to the distinct lack of airflow due to having all quiet fans installed
