Another HDD On it's Way Out?

OK, I have a Maxtor DiamondMax 10 I think, might be 9 and every once in a while I hear this REALLY loud clicking coming from the Hard Drive, at first nothing happend but recently everything is locking up and a windows restart is required... Is the Hard Drive on the way out do you think? It's only about 3 months old but its been doing it ever since I got the drive. If so do I need to RMA it and if I do how do I go about this?

Any help from you guys would be appriciated.

Sounds like it's hitting the end stops. I'd make sure you get a back up of anything you need ASAP. If you have a look in event viewer you might well see errors in the system event log. It does sound like it's on the way out.
