    cant open files

    hello i cant open my files! it throws up a window asking me: "choose the program you want to use to open this file:"
    any help would be much appreciated!

    most of my programs on the main screen(desktop?)
    nero express,gamespy arcade, pacific poker,quick time player and camedia master!
