ATI driver issue with CS:S

Up until this morning, all was well playing CS Source, the floors were shiny, everything ran smooth and was fun to play.

Now for some reason, the floors are a matt surface and its rendering as you move, so you see lines along the floor, not only is this annoying as you cant see the opposition, but it gives me a headache playing it...

Ive reinstalled the driver, BF2 seems unaffected, anyone got any ideas?

Using the 6.3's from the ATI site.

Have you upped the detail level on the options screen ?

The texture "rendering" that your seeing is caused by a low AF level. Up it and it'll go away

Hi Agent,

I havent changed my CS settings at all :S

I have now put on AF and I get a purple tint to all reflective surfaces lol

Any more ideas?

Everything is set to medium or low, no AA or AF and thats how I left it from 6.2 to 6.3

Go into the Ati control pannel and make sure that rendering is set to Quality and not performace.
Other than that, got a screenie ?

Update: i've changed everything to quality in the ATI cpanel and thats got rid of the purple.
I never changed anything last time and I still cant get it how it was before

I've changed my cs settings to the following, but i still get a stuttering with sound which I dont get if i take AA off



It's still noticable in rendering on movement, however another annoying issue has appeared, when moving, the roof's on building now go slightly hazy/grid like...
