Want advice on buying a colour laser printer

    Would appreciate some advice.
Am buying for my mum who runs a small business. She currently has a HP PSC 2355 all-in-one colour inkjet printer, that as the name suggests scans, copies, prints and reads memory cards. She now wants to get a laser printer that does (if possible) these features. Looking in PC World ( ), Staples, as well as on-line, it doesnt look like I can do exactly all that. Am quite prepared to not have the memory card reader as I can use an old one, but the less all-in-one features, the more hassle. (If it were me, i'd get a seperate scanner and printer, but my mum won't understand how it all connects).
My mum is not technically literate, so the easier the better.
I nearly bought the HP 3030, but it's not colour.

Any suggestions? Would prefer HP but it's not 100% required, quite happy with Samsung, or any major brand. Budget is around £500, less would be great although I can't find any under silly money (ie some thousands of pounds).

    Thanks

The HP 91x0 range seems to suit those needs quite well, they have various models depending on what you're after..

    http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Produ...Thumbnails=yes

    9110: Base model
9120: Base model plus 250-sheet input tray for a 400-sheet input capacity and an HP Jetdirect 620n Fast Ethernet internal EIO print server
9130: Base model plus 250-sheet input tray for a 400-sheet input capacity, HP Jetdirect 620n Fast Ethernet internal EIO print server, and keyboard (enables efficient digital sending)

Edit: except they look like inkjets now I look again, woops

In that budget, the HP LaserJet (read: laser this time ) 2800 seems to be closest to your budget
