    Urgent: Poor X1800XT performance.

I installed my new motherboard today (Abit NV8) and a sapphire X1800XT 256. Now, I formatted, installed drivers and DX9.0C +nforce 4 drivers from cd. I ran 3dmark 01 and scored 18000 (system is SKT754 3700+, 2gb geil etc)...and I can't get it any higher? 3dmark 05 is also around 6k which is low. I have reinstalled both ATI drivers AND nforce drivers...and installed SP2 to no avail. Oh and sometimes 3dmark 2003 gives me an error report when I try to load it

01 is termendously CPU limited, so thats probably why you dont see much increase and 6000 is towards the top of the results for an X1800 on the ORB. THey seem about right to me

Fixed it! I had plugged in two connectors (the standard A64 ones) but not noticed the molex connector on the board!

    Thanks anyway dude.
