Mobicast BlueAD for PDA problem

Hey

Does anyone else have this program? I picked it up on Scan's TodayOnly page because I thought it might come in useful.

Unfortunately I'm having trouble getting it going in the first place.

So, here's how it's gone so far:

1) installed it on my memory card
2) entered CDKey, name, email address and postcode. Accepted and carried on.
3) Got the following error "An unexpected error has occured in Mobicast.exe" with a lod of text
4) I emailled support@bluead.co.uk with the problem and they replied very quickly explaining that it works better when installed on the device and to try reinstalling it on the device.
5) uninstalled it from my memory card and installed on the device
6) ran it and entered the CDKey, name, email address and postcode again
7) encountered the error "The CDKey Entered is invalid
When I come out of that I get the same error message as in #3

Does anyone have any ideas how I can get this going?
