Question brand new computer... don't work. suggestions?

so, i bought new system, which won't boot up, don't even get through power on tests (sytem got power in - vents and leds started working). i removed all unneneccesary stuff (hdd's, other drives, etc.), took out and connected again all stuff, cause might had bad connection, tried memory with 1 and 2 sticks in different slots, nothing.

    system contains:
    conroe 6400
    sapphire x1900 xt 512 mb
    asus p5wdg2 ws
    ocz 7200 platinum xtc 2x1gb
    OCZ GameXStream 700w
(plus 2x74gb raptors, cd-rom drive, 2x60gb hdd's, wireless network card)

so, i have no idea, which part isn't working and i have no way to test it, as i bought all new parts and i don't have friend, who has computer with similar components.

you have no post is what you mean? (nothing on screen). If so I would be looking at either your ram or motherboard... but make sure the x1900 pcie connector is in correctly

clear the cmos - often new motherboards need it.

yes, screen remains black. if videocard fails, i should be hearing beeps, what means hardware failure.

    cleared CMOS, didn't help.

my idea was, at first point, motherboard, memory or cpu failure.

have you got any other ram to test with? This sounds like the ram undervoltage problem tht a lot of other people were having... I think they had to buy cheap ram (like a 256MB module) and install it to boot and then increase the voltage and loosen the timings, I may be wrong however....

sadly no, i like that idea, this is a littlbe bit higher default voltage ram (2.1v), than usually.
