    Firewire to USB cable

    Is there a cable that will let me connect my external Firewire 400 HD to a usb connection?

    My firewire connection is not working on my PCI card

    Should be easier to replace the firewire card than compromise the cable.

    Yeah, I'd go with another Firewire card.

    Total different interfaces so no is the answer I am afraid! You will need another firewire card...
