how do i get it off disk mode? i have a mini

ive tried going <edit, preferences, iPod> which is the advice dave87 gave me.

but theres no iPod option in preferences

anymore help???

no its not, its not anywhere in preferences

edit: nor is it in iPod options

You're iPod has to be plugged in to get it to appear - have you restarted you're PC?

yes, a few times, and iPod is plugged in. i have no idea what to do.
