Editing AVC on a PC ? (M2TS file extension)
Having captured video on a Sony HDR-SR1...
...I am now beginning to think that there is no package in the world that can actually edit the files it creates
It seems that none of the usual suspects (Adobe, Microsoft, Ulead and Avid) have agreements in place to use this proprietary technology...
...and even Sony's own VEGAS v7.0 does not read the file format
HELP !
Re: Editing AVC on a PC ? (M2TS file extension)
Now there are various editing software which can suppot AVCHD (.mts/m2ts) video files.
Option 1: Adobe promiere CS 5, one professional program which can natively support AVCHD footages from camcorder.
Optional 2. Aunsoft Final Mate
It is one AVCHD video editing software which is recommended to me by my friend. It is not quite professional but quite easy to use. Simple editing options, just use it.
