I have recently purchased an Acer N50 PDA and a Navman Spin100 GPS reciever.
The satellite pick up speed is slow in my area and the heated windscreen may also affect reception.

Packaging says that an external antenna may be required, however I have had an email from the manufacturers which said they do not do an external for this device.
(I don't always believe what the manufacturers tell me).

Can anyone tell me where I can purchase an antenna or obtain further info.
