    Methinks your Corsair Value RAM was crapping out running at 240 instead of the stock 200. Drop the memory using the 166 divider and it will be back to stock 200 when you overlclock the CPU to 2400. I can almost guarantee that's your issue.

    Edit: Either that its because you're running 2.5-3-3-8 instead of the stock 3-3-3-8 timings.
