Shopping trollies and .csf

Not sure where I should go. Perhaps you can suggest other forums to ask in?

    1. I'm looking for reviews of the shopping-trolley, shopping-cart, hypermarche-chariot software that puts a little trolley and some online shopping software on a website. I see lots of firms selling the package. Can anyone rate some above others?

    2. Trying to open a .csf file generated by a scanner [_not_ by Photoshop or Brava!] without success. Brava! say its their format and they don't know why it won't open. Not really an answer to generate the image another way - I'm helping an artist, and we'd like to store images obtained in the scanner's preview function.

The screen says we can save them as .csf, but then they never open again....

Any suggestions as to where I should ask most welcome.

    Thanks!

Hmm any screen shots? Walk us through the entire process. Brava! can read .csf files i know that. Wha does Photoshop say if you try opening it with that (Im not sure if its supported)

.csf has two formats, a Photoshop format (Color Settings) and the Brava! (Secure type, something like that)

So i doubt PS will open it, i only know Brava! opening these file type's as ive said post some more info.

Oh HTML isnt supported in the thread title ()

    Very kind, Crazy...

Photoshop gives an error message if I try to open them there - 'invalid file type', I think.

Brava! wrote back to me and said their readers cannot open .csf files that were not generated by Brava! software (ours were generated by a scanner) and that they must be Photoshop-generated, which they aren't.

You give me an idea, though, Crazy. If I use screenshot software, I can make a .jpg, can't I, regardless of the original format? If I can see it on my friend's computer screen, I can capture it with screenshot software?

I've used a couple and forgotten the names. The machine isn't an Apple. Can you recommend a screen-shot-capturing package? Are there free ones?

    Gratefully...

I'm probably way off-target here, but whenever I want a screenshot it's the Print Screen button, then paste into Paint every time...

Well that certainly sounds simple enough!

If you can humour me a bit more, where - given that it's not on my keyboard as far as I can see - would I look for a print screen button?

    Apologies in advance....

I was thinking of one of those screen-shot capture utilities where you can draw a rectangle to capture just part of the screen....

Hmm. I feel seriously stupid at the moment.... Holding Alt and PrtSc I press the right button on this mouseless laptop, and select Save As. It saves and then when I try to open it again tells me that "Drawing failed". It will ony save in .bmp too, which isn't what I was hoping.

    Oh dear...
