My very silent PC configuration, as I use it for pro-audio purposes, and I really like silence.
PSU: Corsair CMPSU650TX 650W [the most noisy part, but crucial as it sucks the hot air out from the CPU and VGA]
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965BE + Scythe Ninja3 cooler [cools both VGA and CPU as it is sandwiched in between them]

How does your RAID array compare with your SSD? I would be interested in doing the same as a games/media drive.
That's exactly what mine is, I am replacing it with an ssd soon though :-)
