A while back there was the odd forum only compo, not had one of those for a while. Perhaps it just clogged the forum with registrations from HUKD and the like from people who were never to be seen again? Shame anyway, seemed a nice idea.Originally Posted by virtuo

HUKD is the exact reason I'd much rather see these nice prizes go to a regular. Spotted a Hexus competition listed on there a while back and you just know there's going to be thousands of entries from people who will enter anything for the sake of it just to win something they have no interest in. Prize ends up on eBay. Sponsor gets a database full of useless marketing info.
Suppose that's just the way it is. Makes me wonder how many of the names on the "Competition Winners" page have actually made any contributions to the community.

MSI-gasm!!!!!!
MSI are one of those I just keep finding my way back to, especially with the motherboards. Bang-for-buck, I always find they beat everything else whil still delivering pretty enviable performance. Call me a simpering fanboy, but they just fit my needs.
And conveniently I just happen to be sorely in need of a kit upgrade...!
