Perhaps I'm being really stupid, but surely the quiz question needs updating?

To have an acronym as one possible answer to a question which says 'what does this acronym stand for' and the other two answers wrong, means that it is quite tricky to find a correct answer when all are incorrect.

Typo/Error perhaps?
