Decisions about which regions a competition is open to are most likely made by the sponsors and not Hexus and as the site is a UK site it is often the case that the marketing managers that offer prizes are looking at marketing into a UK based audience.

Using seagate 500GB sshd in laptop, the hdd part of it already is very fast but with 8GB ssd windows is pleasure to use

Got a 1TB desktop SSHD as my "user" drive, and it's light years faster than the WD Black it replaced. I'm very happy with it.
