it`s a point of law that even the most intellectually challenged have a chance to win compos.
in most cases the answer is a part of the question, or in a multiple choice so painfully obvious (ie; q. what is the capital of france? a) yes, b) a turnip or c) paris) that it would take an extraordinary effort to get it wrong.
