    HEXUS.tv - interviews :: AGP rides again!

    GeCube shows us a surprisingly high-end new graphics card for the venerable AGP bus - and they've got CrossFire on a single adapter as well. And who doesn't like a nice pair?

    TBH there's probably little reason to buy this over an AGP X1950Pro, which will be similarly priced and will match the dual X1650 in Crossfire mode whilst hammering it in single-GPU stuff...

    If you want more displays its worth getting. Also if you proffer physics to graphics you could get the advatage for it that way.

    in theory yes because the 7x00 lines were pci-e native but in practice it might not be practical

    Still think with the cost of APG cards it may be cheaper to get a new MOBO and maybe CPU and RAM.
