I don't understand the compulsion to watch complete morons leading a boring and cringe-inducingly stupid life. When will it end? Unfortunately we seem to have a populace equally idiotic, which makes it one of the most successful TV shows ever conceived.

And the cheek of using the name Big Brother, disrespecting Orwell's masterpiece. If they felt like reading 1984 they might realise that in that world the TV show would be "proles" watching "proles" - not even a concern of the Party's.
