USB 3.0 on the horizon for 2009

Well e-sata can only handle storage, so thats quite limited. And not many devices use Firewire (unfortunitely), so it isn't very convenient.

Is there anything thats not storage that you might want to connect via a link as fast as USB3 ?

i should have phrased it better. i prefer the usb way of connecting/connectors/interface.

usb is only so much more popular as intel included it on eeevveeeryyy motherboard since the start
firewire = mac
USB = windows

and its great to see the massive rise in bandwidth, go technology!
