That is really good news. I've only recently got mine and have been worrying about the red rings already. Pleased that they have taken this stance, very good customer relations.
ye finally some good news, they should of acted on the problem sooner tho with the amount of complaints they had

whats good about this statement? what worries me is the fact that you now have to wait over a month to get your 360 back from repair. why?
1. you can now get it repaird free for 3 years, that means anyone can get it repaired for free as it hasnt been out 3 years yet.
2. if youv already paid to have it repaired then they will GIVE YOU MONEY YOU WERE NOT EXPECTING
3. this statement hasn't extended the time it takes to get a repair/replacement. that was already up to a month as you keep telling us. so that is a moot point at the moment.
